Hampton Inn Norfolk/Virginia Beach

Despite the comfy beds, I can't believe I had to ask for toilet paper AND body wash, not once but TWICE! I also expected at least a complimentary drink or an upgrade for my inconvenience, is that too much to ask? I almost thought about giving a good review, but home training stopped me, I guess.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is located right off the interstate which was perfect! And it was close to a concert I was attending that weekend. Got to many places in a matter of minutes. The continental breakfast was great. My room with double beds was clean and very spacious. The microwave and fridge was convenient. The staff at the front desk were nice.

The only thing I didn't like was how loud the room service workers were. They banged on everyone's door at 9am on a Sunday, our check out time wasn't until 12, so it definitely ruined our sleep. They were having loud conversations in the hallway, saying curse words and everything. There were children on that floor. We were seconds away from calling the front desk and complaining! I enjoyed my stay up until that point. Thought they were being very unprofessional.

Family emergency required departure one day less than reserved, but management would not reduce payment because reservation was "made through a third party".

Room cleanliness could be improved. I encountered dirty linens and found an empty body wash bottle!!! Noise disturbances from adjacent facilities were bothersome throughout my stay!!! I also noticed limited responsiveness to requests regarding in-room amenities!!!

The towels could've been a little softer and the fitness room is way too small. It's was very hard for only two people to workout at the same time.

The hotel had a clean environment and the desk staff was cute. I appreciated the quietness of my corner room despite the hotel being almost fully booked. The complimentary breakfast featured a variety of options, and everything tasted fresh. I loved the nice touch of tiny water bottles and peanuts upon check-in. I encountered issues with the bathroom. The body wash bottle was empty, and I had to request it to be refilled the next day. There was no toilet paper upon check-in, leading to some inconvenience. While the staff promptly resolved my issues with a friendly demeanor, it shouldn't require so many requests for basic necessities. The location was good, providing easy access to restaurants and shops nearby.

The king sized bed,breakfast,no kids and short drive to beach.

Carpet was dirty,mold and hair in shower and refrigerator.Water was standing in tub within seconds of starting shower. Room 329. Dust under and behind EVERYTHING!

I traveled with my family for my daughter wedding. Hampton inn was the best choice we have made.we will stay for every trip to Virginia beach.

Nice clean place. Breakfast is just ok, omelette, potatoes, bacon, waffles, juice, coffe.

the staff was super helpful and friendly. the air conditioner was noisy at night.
